Bentley was taken from us suddenly in October 2002 from AIHA Disease (Autoimmune
Hemolytic Anemia). We will never get over the loss of losing such a gorgeous
Boxer who was the love of our lives. He brought us so much joy & happiness
every day we had with him. We are so thankful for the wonderful years we
were able to share with him. He will live on forever in our hearts and
in his children and grandkids. We know someday he will be waiting for us
on the other side and he will always be with us in spirit. Goodnight sweet
prince-
Bentley was our foundation male for our breeding program here at Legendary
Boxers. He was the love of our lives and was so sweet and loving and had
a heart of solid gold. Bentley weighed 95 pounds and stood 27 inches tall.
Bentley sired 5 finished AKC champion kids: (Tula, Samson, Jaeger, Cindy
& Cooper) and has 2 AKC pointed daughters (Sophie & Roamie), and
another daughter (Ruby Anne) who has achieved her "CGC" (Canine Good Citizen)
Certificate.
Bentley's Titled Get:
Champion Ronard's Legendary Interlude
Champion Ronard's Song of Samson
Champion Boxwood's Celtic Knight
Champion McBee Fairy-Tale Cinderella
Champion Legendary's Shadow River
Renegade
Legendary's Sumthin' Special
(AKC pointed)
Futurian's Copper Bliss (AKC
Pointed)
Legendary's Magic Ruby Anne,
CGC
Bentley's famous father is our
favorite Boxer- Ch. Turo's Futurian of Cachet. Bentley came from a exceptional
litter that was whelped in Vista, California in 1996. 10 beautiful puppies
were born -(4 of whom are now Champions).
We are very proud of our beloved
Bentley and we are very honored to have owned such a wonderful & loyal
Boxer. We are looking forward to enjoying all of his offspring's accomplishments
in the many years to come.
Beyond The Rainbow
As much as I loved the life we
had and all the times we played,
I was so very tired and knew
my time on earth would fade.
I saw a wondrous image then of
a place that's trouble-free
Where all of us can meet again
to spend eternity.
I saw the most beautiful
Rainbow, and on the other side
Were meadows rich and beautiful
-- lush and green and wide!
And running through the meadows
as far as the eye could see
Were animals of every sort as
healthy as could be!
My own tired, failing body was
fresh and healed and new
And I wanted to go run with them,
but I had something left to do.
I needed to reach out to
you, to tell you I'm alright
That this place is truly wonderful,
then a bright Glow pierced the night.
'Twas the Glow of many Candles
shining bright and strong and bold
And I knew then that it held
your love in its brilliant shades of gold.
For although we may not
be together in the way we used to be,
We are still connected by a cord
no eye can see.
So whenever you need to find
me, we're never far apart
If you look beyond the Rainbow
and listen with your heart.

dear friend Lori Anderson who owns Ajay.) (Bentley's Great Grandson)
